St. Charles Soccer Association

St. Charles Soccer Association is located in St. James Assiniboia and provides youth soccer throughout the west side of Winnipeg. The association is a Canada Soccer Certified Quality Soccer Provider (SQS-QSP) and follows the Canada Soccer Pathway and Long-Term Player Development model. Programs span the SC Force Mini Program (U5 to U7), Grassroots Soccer, Recreational Soccer (Indoor and Outdoor), the SC Force competitive teams, plus Fall Academy, Advance Academy, and Holiday Camp.

Indoor Recreational Soccer for U9 to U18 runs November to March (with practices starting in October), playing at facilities including Axworthy Health & RecPlex, WSF North, WSF South, and Seven Oaks Soccer Complex. The 2025-26 indoor fee is $390 plus the MSA fee. Outdoor Recreational Soccer for U11 to U18 starts May 4, 2026 (weather permitting) through June, with playoffs July 6 to 17 and championships July 19 for older divisions. Outdoor fees are $215 for U11 to U12 and $235 for U13 to U18.

Outdoor recreational registration uses RAMP. SC Force teams compete in WYSA Developmental (U11 to U12) and Premier (U13 to U17) leagues across the city.
